Enchanted Cookies and Cakes

It all began when we moved our company to the Land of Enchantment. Having had a bakery in LA, we wanted to open a gourmet bakery near Albuquerque, NM with the goal of providing our neighbors with deliciously baked goods, as visually appealing as they are tasty. Finally, in 2008, Enchanted Cookies & Cakes opened their doors to the public to a great reception. We remodeled our wholesale baking facility and turned it into a warm and welcoming store, filled with the sweet smells of fresh baked pastries, donuts, cookies, and cakes.

Each day, our talented team of bakers and decorators create everything from scratch using only the finest of ingredients. With the delicious smell of coffee in the background, customers continue to visit us for one of our famous cannoli or our very own gourmet flavored bizcochitos. Our goal is realized when we see a smile appear on our customer’s face upon entering our bakery and biting into a delicious treat. Stop by our store near Northern Blvd, and HWY 528 in Rio Rancho, and let our welcoming staff help you choose from a selection of delicious goodies. If you have an event that calls for a specialty cake so beautiful and delicious that it becomes the talk of the party, come in and discuss your ideas with one of our cake designers.
